RESERVATION

To reserve an apartment you like please click the button “Reserve this apartment” on apartment’s description page. Complete the reservation form including services and comments and click “Send”.   We will email you with availability confirmation within 24 hours. If apartment you chose is not available we will offer you a similar alternative. One night deposit is required to complete a  reservation. The balance to be paid on arrival in cash. See  Terms & Conditions page for details.

DEPOSIT

You can pay a deposit using any of the following options.

a)                 Credit Card. You will be redirected to payment page after sending a reservation from. We use UPC credit card processing centre as most trastfull and secure service. You can find an information about UPC here https://upc.ua/en.htm  . Please, don"t make any payment untill we confirm an availability of particular apartment you would like to  reserve.

b)                 PayPal. You may pay the deposit with either Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery using PayPal`s secure online payment facility.If you are not a member it is fast and easy to join. PayPal, an eBay company, with over 100 million members, is one of the safest, most secure and popular ways of sending money to anyone with an e-mail address and making online payments for goods and services. We  never see your financial information such as credit or bank account numbers as PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal`s.

b)                 Wire Transfer. You may pay the deposit by transferring  money form your bank account. Please, ask for details.

c)                  Western Union.  It can be done at any Western Union office or online.

CANCELLATION

Full deposit will be returned in case of 6 weeks cancellation notice. If you require new dates the deposit will be valid for those dates provided 4 weeks notice being given. Deposit will be retained if less than 4 weeks notice is given. If you don"t show up the deposit is retained.
