As a part of our services we provide English Speaking Driver to meet you at the airport. After meeting you will be taken directly to the apartment (Please note that this free service is provided between 8.00 and 20.00 Mon-Sat for stays of 6 days or more and also applies to both Bus and Train Stations. In other cases transfer available for a fee of $15).

For your comfort ODESSA BEST APARTMENTS can provide an Executive Mercedec or similar for transfer from and to the airport. Fee for this service is $60 each way.

Note: For those wishing to minimise the inconvenience on arrival, Odessa Airport provides it`s own VIP package. This includes being privately escorted from the plane and guided through Passpsort and Customs formalities to the VIP Arrivals Hall. You can request this service during the flight from the Cabin Crew or we can do it for you. Reffer to this service during reservation and specify flight details. The airport fee is  about $100.

Using your own cell phone in Ukraine can be quite expensive as roaming charge is very high. Also bear in mind that you pay for both outgoing and incoming calls. ODESSA BEST APARTMENTS suggests 2 options:

a) you can rent a cell phone for $3 per day. This include cell phone, charger and SIM card with local number. Credit scrath cards from $5 can be purchased from the many street vendors. Deposit for the phone is $50 which will be returned at the end of the rental period.

b) We can provide you with a SIM Card package which includes SIM card with local phone number and 10 Hrivnas of credit. You may request this in advance and we will email you reserved phone number. If you choose this option please ascertain that your phone supports a change of SIM Card. Fee for this service is $20.

The cost of all incoming calls is free of charge. The cost of outcoming calls from the cellphone is about $0.20 per minute if you"re calling to any Ukrainian phone number or Ukrainian cellphone. International phone calls cost depend on the country you"re going to call to.

We provide professional translations to suit all your needs. All translations are English to Russian and vice versa. Translators are available for $10 per hour. Rates for another languages available on request.

During your stay ODESSA BEST APARTMENTS can provide you with a modern 4 door saloon car and English Speaking Driver. Rates are $20 per hour. Long distance trips available by request.

Our apartments are being cleaned, bedlinen and towels changed every five days. Additional cleaning is available for $15 per day including change of towels and bedlinen.
