Io ed alcuni amici avevamo deciso di andare a visitare Odessa una delle citta, a detta di molti, piu belle ed affascinanti del mondo. Confermo!!! Per risparmiare, e forse anche per divertirci di piu, abbiamo voluto fare tutto noi prenotando il volo e, di conseguenza, un alloggio in citta. Abbiamo prenotato il volo con la MALEV e, al prezzo di circa 370 Euro A/R a testa, ci siamo assicurati il viaggio durante il periodo di capodanno. Mancava però ancora la prenotazione di un alloggio, la parte forse piu complicata vista la grande offerta su internet. Iniziamo la navigazione e troviamo circa una ventina di agenzie che affittano case ed appartamenti a Odessa e decidiamo di chiedere a tutte un preventivo e maggiori informazioni. Non ci hanno risposto tutte ma solo una decina, ovvero la metà delle agenzie interpellate. Fra tutte le società interpellate, la Odessa Best Apartment è stata senza ombra di dubbio la piu seria, la piu rapida, la piu onesta e la piu affidabile sotto tutti i punti di vista. Abbiamo quindi deciso di optare per questa agenzia senza la minima esitazione. Oleg è stato davvero gentilissimo e posso garantire sia realmente una splendida persona, una vera e cara persona, un vero amico!!! Oltretutto, il suo inglese è perfetto, cosa non facile da trovare a Odessa anche per chi affitta le case e gli appartamenti. E" stato puntuale con tutti i trasferimenti previsti e, in loco, ha saputo fornirci in maniera assolutamente tempestiva, ogni informazione richiesta. Ci ha supportato sia telefonicamente, sia via sms per tutto il soggiorno consigliandoci cosa vedere, dove andare etc... un servizio ottimo che consiglio a chiunque voglia andare a visitare questa splendida citta!!! Grazie Oleg, se mai dovessimo tornare a Odessa, abbiamo ancora il tuo numero di telefono e questa volta organizzeremo anche qualche bella festa tutti assieme!!!

After a search in internet i have written email to couple of agencies to book an apartment in odessa. From the answers i got i had my trust to Oleg and decided to book the apartment from him. He took me from Airport at 10 pm. Honestly i was a little concerned since it was the first time for me to be in Odessa and I was alone. Oleg helped me about almost everything. How to go to the popular places, what to do, how to approach people etc. etc. I was planning to stay 4 nights in Odessa but i liked it alot and decided to extend my stay. I had already booked my ticket to Kiev so i needed to rebook it. Oleg helped me a lot. We went to the airport together and try to find a flight, unfortunately there were no flights matching to my flight to London from Kiev, then we went to the bus terminal and booked a bus ticket there. All the time Oleg was with me and I again thank him for his precious help. Although i was alone, I always knew that Oleg was only one call away from me. I asked him anything and got the answer very quickly.

I will visit odessa next summer again. I had very beautiful memories from Odessa. I recommend to everybody, and finally and again thanks alot Oleg for your help and for everything.

The apartment Oleg got for us during our summer stay in Odessa was definitely a nice and comfortable one. Centrally located and close to main attractions, good restaurants and food shops. I visited Odessa, where I had never been before and I would like to thank Oleg for making things a lot easier for me. First of all the apartment was exactly as shown and described on his site. Also he drove me from and to the airport very safely and he was always very punctual. With his good English he was able to inform me about different things in Odessa and Ukraine in general. When I decide to visit Odessa again I am sure I will use the same site for my accommodation there.

After a search over the internet, I booked a wonderful apartment through Odessa Best Apartments in Pushkinskaya St., for my stay at Odessa between 16 and 21 of July 2008. I did my primary arrangements with the manager of Odessa Best Apartments Oleg. He had arranged my VIP transfer on arrival at Odessa Airport and picked me up at the exit.
The apartment was exactly as I have seen it, on the photo presentation of the site. I really got what I have seen and the apartment was fabulous.
The city is very nice and worth the visit, but it is better to see it by yourself. What was positively surprised me was my departure arrangement. I had an early return flight, so I wanted a taxi on 4 a.m., I asked Oleg to arrange it. I was a little bit worried, since I was in a foreign country, but here I can comment for his professionalism. I was out 5 minutes earlier, when I received an SMS from Oleg saying me that the taxi arrived and is a white Lada. Indeed the taxi arrived on time and took me to the airport. While I was in the taxi I received a second SMS from Oleg asking me if everything was fine and it was indeed. Oleg was awaked and he wanted everything to be fine. This is what I say professionalism.

We had a great trip to Odessa, and our stay was without complications, much due to excellent service from Odessa Best Apartments.
